Job description
- Greeting visitors, offering refreshments
- Reception calls/Fielding calls
- Setting up meeting rooms for clients/interviews.
- Arranging couriers/other deliveries
- To provide support to all members of staff.
- Arrange external and internal meetings
- Support for PAs as and when needed.
- Preparation of engagement letters
- Liaising with clients
- Assist in any ad hoc projects
- Ordering refreshments/office supplies/paper.
- Arranging collection of confidential waste.
- Scanning Storage files
- Reliable and capable of organising and prioritising workload efficiently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Work well unsupervised
- Able to use their initiative and deal with unforeseen problems and circumstances
- Strong attention to detail
