The College is looking to appoint a part-time Receptionist who will be responsible for providing an efficient and welcoming reception service for students, staff and visitors to the College. You will also be required to operate the College’s switchboard, postal services and to assist with other clerical duties.
You will hold a Level 2 qualification in both Literacy/English and Numeracy/Maths and ideally have qualifications in either IT or Customer Services although this is not essential. You must have experience of customer facing roles and ideally have reception, switchboard and/or clerical experience.
This post is permanent and part time working 22.5 hours per week, afternoon / early evening. However, a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
