About the Role
The roles will involve dealing with patients’ queries on the telephone, by email and in person, processing prescription requests, arranging home visits, scanning documents, chaperoning, and processing card and cash payments from patients. This is an interesting and important front-facing role within the surgery. BLS training will be provided. Full training will also be given on SystmOne (patient record system).

Monday 14:00-20:00
Tuesday 08:00-14:00
Wednesday 08:00-14:00
Role 2
Monday 14:00-20:00
Wednesday am 08:00-14:00
Thursday 14:00-20:00
There is a requirement to work one shift at the weekend per month (4.5 hours)
Pay £10.70 per hour, £15 per hour after 6.30pm and weekends.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidates will:
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Have a caring nature and be able to show empathy to our patients.
- Be able to demonstrate good team working.
- Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be able to pick up processes and information quickly and put these into action.
- Be computer literate and be able touch type.
- Be fully flexible to cover annual leave and short notice sick leave.
