Join our Reception team and be part of something special!
Nestled in woodland just 5 minutes from Mawgan Porth beach, Sun Haven Holiday Park offers dog-friendly holidays and ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature. We are looking for a Reception Team Member to make their welcome as warm as possible.
Pay: £11.00 per hour
Contract: Seasonal
Hours: Part time (12 hour per week or 16 hours per week)
Live In: Not available with this role
What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests, and canine campers- Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
- Perform front-desk duties, including answer the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
- Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
- Answer general questions about the local area and the park
- Work collaboratively across the whole park team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will act with a ‘can do’, hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.
Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
