Where you will be working Location: Station Rd, Staplehurst, Tonbridge TN12 0PZ You will be working at Gresham House, a 12 bedded service recognised Outstanding by the CQC, which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support. You will work on shifts 7:00am -2.30pm; 2pm - 9:30pm, including a fortnightly weekend shift. Permanent, 35 hours full-time contract. Extra hours are available and optional.
