- Keeping reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
- Corresponding with internal personnel and departments through email and telephone
- Greeting visitors and workers professionally and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Sorting receiving and distributing mail correspondence between departments and personnel
- Resolving customer problems and complaints
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Maintaining building security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor and workers passes
- Reporting maintenance problems to appropriate personnel for immediate remediation
- Retrieving mail, packages, and documents on behalf of the staff, promptly verifying receipt and arranging for pick up or transmittal
- Have a proven track records within corporate/FOH or reception services
- You will be a team player with excellent standards of personal presentation and a positive “can do attitude”
- Ability to multi-task, hands on approach towards service, making a positive contribution to the client/visitor’s experience
- Have a flexible approach whilst being reliable and adaptable
- Demonstrate great attentions to details
- Ensuring a consistent high standard of service
- You are a clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the team well informed
