Continuous business improvement is of key importance in this role, so you will have the chance to find innovative ways to expand the service offerings.
As a Reception Supervisor, you will be an ambassador for Portico whilst working closely with the bank’s staff and clients. The business is ever changing, and you will need to be flexible, adaptable and confident to keep up with business demands. You will need to keep communication open and clear between you and your team, as well as with your fellow supervisors. This will be utilised in weekly team briefings as well as internal and external meetings.
