Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Reception Supervisor, for a multi-tenant corporate building in the city.
The building was conceived as a refreshing alternative to the more traditional towers in the City. Full of innovation and technology, the building is filled with light and benefits from six landscaped roof terraces.
Managing day to day front desk operations, the Reception Supervisor will be responsible for welcoming guests, responding to emails, preparing financial data and answering telephone enquiries. The Reception Supervisor will have one Receptionist reporting into them. So, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with all the responsibilities that come with people management, as well as not being afraid to lead from the front in this hands on role!
The role has a focus on occupier engagement and having full knowledge about the building and local area to enhance the visitor experience. The Reception Supervisor will also liaise closely with our client daily, supporting them in marketing the building for potential new occupiers.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday
Salary: £32,000
We are looking for a forward thinking, team player with a personable approach and a strong motivation to provide the highest level of customer service. Applicants must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively through all mediums. They must also be able to easily engage in conversations and develop rapport with occupiers, clients, and other service providers.
