Portico are currently on the lookout for a Welcome Host Supervisor (Senior Welcome Host) based in the Birmingham offices of one of the big four auditors!
The Senior Welcome Host will assist the Welcome Team Leader in the day to day supervision of a team of Welcome Hosts, ultimately ensuring that they consistently deliver a 5-star level of customer service. The team covers both ground floor and client floor receptions, room bookings, events coordination, and floor hosting.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-6pm from Mon-Fri
The ideal candidate will have good computer & communication skills, be proactive, flexible and most of all able to deliver a 5 star service at all times in this high end corporate environment. Candidates must also have strong organisational skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of ad hoc office admiration tasks.
We are looking for a proactive individual with the ability to think outside the box. They must have experience of supervising a team within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of managing multiple departments in a busy environment meaning they are able to manage their time effectively and support the team when needed, depending on business requirements.
