Business is looking good and we're increasing the size of our team, and currently have an amazing opportunity for a Bar Back to join our highly successful team in the Victoria Lounge and Bar, on a part time basis.

The primary focus of the Bar Back role is to support the Bartenders, ensuring that we deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service to every guest. Tasks involve preparing items ready for service, stocking areas with equipment, washing glasses and running stock from the back preparation area to the bar ready for service. You’ll be working on a part time basis around 20 hours a week, predominantly evenings from Thursday to Sunday.

We’re looking for Bar Backs who have:
- a proven track record in great teamwork
- a genuine passion for drinks and a desire to progress
- fantastic attention to detail
- the ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
- the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
