The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls and emails as well as administer bookings for 307 rooms in our busy and exciting hotel.
This role involves high volume of calls and emails to be answered; therefore a high level of spoken and written English is essential.

Reception Supervisor

What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Supervise and delegate duties to all Front Office team members.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Team Leader in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
- Your passion will be to wow our guest with amazing service and efficient check in and out.
- You will be obsessed about brand standards and genuinely care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations.
- You are a great leader and strive to develop the reception team
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Essential to be flexible with working hours including weekends, mornings, afternoons and nights
- Must already have the right to work in the UK

Your team and working environment:
- Our hotel comprises 307 bedrooms, Bar and Restaurant
- Our ever growing reception team is currently 12 team members split between days and night shifts
