Hotel Colessio is a charming boutique hotel in Stirling with 39 bedrooms, dining, wedding and conference facilities.
We are looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join our friendly team and lead the reception department.
As part of our team your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing a warm welcome to our guests and assisting them with registration and checking out
- Taking reservations via Guestline
- Using Guestline to prepare for arrivals
- Hosting the lobby
- Using and updating Online Travel Agent Websites
- Managing daily reports and financial reporting
- Aiding and assisting guests during their stay, providing them with information on our facilities and working with other departments to make sure their requirements are met
The Reception Supervisor is expected to undertake the above duties, as well as lead the team in ensuring that standard practices are maintained across the department. The supervisor will create weekly rotas and liaise with the senior team to ensure a smooth stay for our guests.
We are looking for someone who has previous hotel reception experience, with a bubbly, confident and professional nature.
This role is full-time but shifts are flexible.
