Reception & Student Information Assistant
Hours of Work 25.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 08:15 – 17:15) / 52 weeks per annum
Salary Tier 7 – £11,040.54 per annum pro rata (£19,000 full time equivalent)
Location The role is based at Hadlow College
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hadlow College for a Reception and Student Information Assistant to join the Student Support team on a part time basis.
This role is 25.5 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 08:15 – 17:15. However, we will consider applicants as part of a job share, either working three mornings (08:15 – 13:00), or afternoons (12:45 – 17:15). Reporting to the Front of House Coordinator, the role will be responsible for representing the College to both our students and the general public by acting as a front-line receptionist.
The effective running of the helpline ensures that our customers are given relevant course information in a timely and efficient manner and, in carrying out the helpline duties, you will be required to liaise with both lecturing staff and the admissions team to ensure that customers are given the information they require.
