We have a fantastic and unique opportunity for a Reception Manager/Front of House Supervisor to join our client an Award-Winning Commercial Law Firm. They have 4 offices across the North West and they are looking for an experienced Front Of House Supervisor, Reception Manager/Team Leader to join their Front Of House Team and be responsible for the running and performance of all four locations.
This role will include travelling between all 4 of their stunning offices playing an integral role by supporting the team with a wide variety of activities and tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Working as a supportive member of the team, taking on activities that support your department and colleagues within the firm as require- Managing the team to provide effective and efficient Client Experience services across four locations, ensuring the highest standards of client care withing the firm and ensuring that cover is provided across the locations
- Managing a variety of tasks within the Client Experience team across several locations at any given time
This role would suit someone who has worked in professional services with experience of running a busy corporate front of house. This person must have exceptional customer experience skills with the ability to manage a team remotely.
