Job description
We are currently looking for an energetic Head of Reception to join the team at Unique cafe fare and cocktails in a garden-like, rooftop setting at an upscale department store. . The Head of Reception will oversee the reception team, run the front door, manage bookings in house & deal with booking enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations with excellent customer service while maintaining the culture and value of the company.
- Understand the guest's needs and expectations and be able to quickly build a rapport with all our customers.
- Seek feedback from customers and implement changes to ensure all customers are happy and having fun.
- Ensure all admin enquiries have been dealt with such as the booking systems, logbooks as well as emails and phone calls.
- Responsible for hiring all host associates and training all new starters in line with company brand standards.
- Daily Supervision of all team members ensuring all staff are aware of services and facilities in operation.
- Ensuring all the Reception & cloakroom teams are organised and trained in their respective tasks.
- Effectively dealing with any guest’s issues and complaints
