We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Receptionist Manager to join our team.
This role will mainly be evenings and weekends so weekend availability is crucial. Shifts are also available throughout the week.
Being able to multi-task and remain organised is key to making sure the Reception runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for checking in guests via POS, arranging bookings, answering phone calls, venue show rounds, sorting mail & social media enquires, organising party packs & general cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the reception in the absence of the reception manager.
· Making PA anouncenments
·Assisting with safety briefings
· Answering online & phone enquires
· organising front of house
· organising party packs
· Take card payments/process orders.
· Giving venue information to guests
· Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service
· Take overall charge when General Manager not in attendance
· Supervise the Marshalls and Receptionists on your shift
· Carry out all tasks done by Marshalls and Receptionists
·Organise safety briefing for all sessions
· Manage session changeovers
·Promote and push upsells within the team
· Team trainings
· Lead a successful team
·Organise parties and co-ordinate the activities
· Plan daily timetable with Manager
· Handover to other Supervisor during crossover
· Open in morning, turning on lights, resetting alarm, heating etc
· Close in evening set alarm and make building secure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
