FourMarketing was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.
We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to lead our Reception team and front of house operations, in our Market Road, London, Head Office, on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful Reception Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring Four Marketing Front of House is a welcoming space for both our staff and our clients. The Reception Manager will lead the Reception team to ensure we are providing exceptional service at all times, and will be proactive and adept at handling an array of administrative office duties. This is an exciting and varied role, which encompasses both Reception management and management of various aspects of our onsite people experience, including oversight of our third-party catering provider, health and safety tasks and involvement in initiatives to improve the office environment.
The Reception team covers all companies within Four Marketing Group, which included both owned fashion brands, and companies provided services to other premium and luxury brands.
An interest in fashion and a highly organised approach, along with the ability to communicate professionally, with a high level of emotional intelligence, are a must for this role.
As a Reception Manager you will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a fast-paced reception or customer facing role
- Have proven experience of managing and motivating staff, in order to drive effective service provision
- Be able to build effective relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Have strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Have knowledge of reception telephone systems (desirable)
- Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
