Job description
To apply for this position you must have an SVQ Level II/3 Higher Grades or equivalent, and have previous experience with working in a reception/switchboard/ administrative role. You will have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team, have good communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and databases. You will be pro-active and be able to deal with unexpected emergency situations and to work well under pressure.
