Reception Administrator

We are looking to recruit a quality candidate to join our team as reception administrator. In this busy customer facing role your daily duties will include
· Collating all weekly and monthly promotions, incentives and offers
· Uploading all promotions, incentives and offers to customer database
· Managing customer database
· Managing all click and collect orders and customers
· Preparation and posting to business social media accounts
· Performing a vast array of admin duties
· Professionally answering a busy telephone
· Welcoming suppliers and clients for meetings
· Carry out all duties in a timely manner, to a high standard
· Managing office supplies
· Ensuring the smooth running of Reception area at all times
To be considered for the role you must have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Competent use of all Microsoft packages
· Excellent inter personal and organisational skills
