Permanent - Full Time
FULL TIME - 40 Hours Per Week - Working on a rota basis that will include at least one day at the weekend.
Location: Linton, Maidstone ME17 4BA
Own transport advised due to rural location
This is a full time Line Packer role which involves working in a fast-paced production line environment, packaging fruit into punnets ready to be sent out to our customers.
The start and finish times of shifts and hours worked per day can vary depending on the season and the orders – Due to location your own transport would be advisable and you will need to be flexible with start and finish times.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure the product is packed to the standard set
- To ensure the Quality of product on the packing line meets the specification of the customer
- To ensure a clean as you go policy on the packing line
- To ensure compliance to the hygiene standards
- To ensure compliance to BRC Standards
- To follow Operating Standards
- To liaise with the Senior Line Support Operatives on all issues
- To liaise with the Quality team on all quality issues
£10.50 per hour - Overtime Rate £15.75 per hour
