Job Title: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Responsible to: Administration Manager
Job Location: 45/55 Whitehorse Road, London E1 0ND
Background:
The post of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is an existing post. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the delivery of a high standard of work.
Main Purpose of Job:
To perform general administrative duties and provide administrative support as required.
Duties Include:
You will be expected to answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Ensure the reception area and work station is kept tidy and presentable. To provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. To perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning. To greet and welcome visitors and the Tower Project members into the building. To always have a professional attitude and appearance, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise and to assist the Administration Manager as necessary.
Role:
As Receptionist / Administrative Assistant you will be expected to be flexible in your approach to your work duties as occasionally your job role will be altered to help others complete their duties. Your job is to perform Receptionist / Administration tasks that will enable the Tower Project Administration team to function.
Holiday Entitlement is 25 days per annum (not including public holidays)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £21,749.00 per year
