Job Description

Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock is looking for a part-time Night Auditor (4 days a week), hourly rate £10,61.

Your main responsibilities will be;

• Providing a warm and personal welcome for all guests who arrive at night
• Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration also following up on any customer requests (wake up calls, taxi, breakfast, etc)
• Contributing to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service
• Being responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
• Ensuring the safety and security of the property and its people (night patrols etc)
• Applying the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Preparing breakfast food for the morning

Work Experience

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Guest oriented, service minded and attentive to details
• Well-organised
