Job Description
The selected candidate will support activities related to shipping, receiving and flow of material, parts, and assemblies and the movement or transportation of material. Will be responsible for recording equipment serial numbers, model numbers and receipt date into a tracking database.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver supplies and equipment to departments and customers by receiving and transferring items.
• Provide warranty tracking.
• Responsible for ordering and/or recording equipment serial numbers, model numbers and receipt date into a tracking database.
• Assists in maintaining storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Assists in maintaining inventory using assigned database programs and conducting required physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data and utilizing assigned tagging, labeling and marking.
• Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School diploma and 2 years of related experience

Ability to communicate and interact with employees and customers at all levels

Good organizational skills, detail oriented, with excellent time management skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
High School diploma and 4 years of related experience
