Estates and Facilities Management (E&FM) has a vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant to provide the highest standard of customer care to support the various receptions within LUSEP. This will include providing a front-line support service via telephone, email, and face to face to all customers.
The role is required to undertake a wide range of administrative and reception duties including the use of various data bases. The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and prioritise workloads in accordance with the demands of the job, but also be part of a team where support is required for each other. The postholder will be required to be flexible across other areas of the department commensurate within the grade as and when business needs require.
The applicant must possess excellent administrative and IT skills and have worked previously in a customer orientated service.
