Job Responsibilities (Dependent Upon Experience)
Running own caseload and ensuring deadlines are met;- Drafting and amending documents;
- Overseeing completions;
- General transaction management;
- Ensuring all new instructions are appropriately scoped and priced to achieve target gross margin and signed off by line manager.
- Maintaining the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
- Supporting our corporate/real estate team on their transactions
- Business development.
- Providing marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature and seeking out networking opportunities.
Person Specification
We're seeking a Solicitor who has experience within a Real Estate team, ideally with some exposure to Real Estate finance/ lending work. We are open to discussing the opportunity with professionals who are newly qualified, upwards.
