YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Consumer Brands Supply Operations team as a Graduate Supply Operations Assistant.
- This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
- You will collaborate across Demand Planning, Customer Logistics, Customer Service and Supply Planning.
- You will gather in-depth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
- You will make an impact by playing a key role in Supply Operations projects.
- Maintain Management Dashboards while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
- Develop, network and build relationships with the Supply Chain Operations team.
- To gather in-depth insights into managing a multi-dimensional global FMCG company.

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
- Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
- Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- SAP is an advantage
- A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative team-player thinking in solutions
Timelines for this recruitment process

- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of March
