We produce bread and bakery products created with Hovis goodness at the heart of each. We deliver around 1.3million loaves, every day of the week throughout the UK and Ireland, where we also make Mothers Pride and Ormo products.
We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. A great opportunity has arisen at our Avonmouth site,* we're looking for a number of HGV Delivery Drivers.*
As the public face of Hovis we are looking for delivery drivers who are ambassadors for our company as well as our brand.
We are looking for customer service focused drivers who:
· Operate legally within the legislation for both Tachograph and Working Time Directive.
· Undertake the correct loading of vehicles.
· Follow Safe System of Work (Health and Safety)
· Ensure paperwork / electronic records are compiled and presented accurately in a presentable manner.
Location: Based at Avonmouth, Bristol
This is a Full Time; Permanent role , reporting to: Transport shift Manager
Working Hours: Average of 47.5 hours per week. Must be able to work over 7 days, days and nights - midnight to 4 am starts
