Job description
“Devita Real Estate” are looking for an experienced property agent with multilingual skills (English/ Russian / Chinese), to successfully negotiate and act with a trustworthy demeanour.
They should be comfortable using Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be able to fill/handle all necessary paperwork. Being comfortable with being filmed is a must as we are heavily focused on social media presence and marketing.
Our large media project will coincide with the opening of our real estate agency on all social platforms, so we are looking for consultants who are confident on camera to join our team!
Out consultants will be self-employed with a starting fee of £2000 a month. The consultants will have an agreed schedule of their place and days of work, however most of the time will be allocated within Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30 pm, at out London based office. On top of the fee, the company will be giving target-met generous bonuses, gifts and 10- 25% sales commission.
Work Experience in real estate agencies 3 years, with a customer base and a strong sales skills are required.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value
- Take clients on home tours and attend open houses
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
- Research your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales
- Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking
- Maintain and update listings of your available properties
- Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
- Assist the client with legal queries
- Treat client's records and information with strict confidentiality at all times
- Full-scale participation in the filming of the project based on property & real estate company
- Initiative and willingness to work in a strong friendly team

Salary: £2,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
