Job description

An Associate on the Residential Real Estate team will work under minimal supervision on a broad range of matters.

This includes, but it not limited to: dealing with high value purchases and sales of Residential Real Estate, secured lending work on behalf of many private banks, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, deeds of variation and licences, and undertaking other general residential Real Estate work such as Real Estate Finance as required.

Our ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales, have a good degree and “A” levels (or equivalent). This individual will also have a minimum of 4 years experience gained post qualification, within a Real Estate team in private practice and experience of advising on Residential Real Estate law.
