Available Job Today We're searching for a detailed, data-driven bookkeeper for our top-producing real estate team. You’ll ensure the accuracy of our financial information, and utilize our systems for tracking. Candidates should be experienced problem-solvers, well-organized, and time-efficient.

This is a remote position and will initially be PART-TIME.

You will be in charge of managing our finances. Your responsibilities will include tracking our company's sales revenue, expenses, and taxes. Other duties will include creating check disbursement reports as well as producing commission checks.

$18 - $21 hourly

• Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner
• Oversee payroll so employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements

• Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
