The Role:

• Newly Qualified position within the real estate department, offering an excellent opportunity to kick-start your legal career.
• Involvement in a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, leases, and property finance transactions.
• Assisting senior lawyers in drafting and negotiating legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing general support on client matters.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the firm, including tax, construction, and planning teams, to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
• Gaining exposure to a diverse client base, including institutional investors, property developers, and corporate occupiers.

The Candidate:

• Recently qualified solicitor with a strong interest in real estate law.
• Excellent academic record, preferably with a focus on real estate or related areas.
• Prior experience or internships within a reputable real estate law firm or relevant practice area would be advantageous.
• Sound understanding of real estate law and related regulations, including property transactions, leases, and property finance.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
