We have a great opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join the Real Estate Development team at a fast growing and highly regarded regional law firm.

The role is to support all land right acquisition, consents, and stakeholder management activities for development projects. There will also be an opportunity to support the Agriculture and Landed Estates Team to support a growing pipeline of work from national and local clients and some of the UK’s largest landowners. You will also manage commercial real estate transaction matters including acquisitions.

We are looking for candidates with experience of land acquisition and/or consenting processes on similar large-scale projects in the UK.
