Working Full Time : 37.5 hours per week.
There is an exciting opportunity within the Estates Department for a Band 4 Estates Administrator post which will be based in the Estates office at The Countess of Chester Hospital. This role is permanent and full time at 37.5 hours per week. You will provide administration support to the Estates team including the Associate Director of Estates, the Head of Estates and to the Estates team.

- To be responsible for the planning, management and co-ordination of all aspects of the administrative functions within the Estates Office to to ensure an efficient administration.
- Provide a full secretarial service to the Associate Director/Head of Estates and Senior Managers.
- Manage and maintain the diary and commitments of the Associate Director of Estates, Head of Estates and Senior Managers, taking responsibility for scheduling meetings and determining appropriate access.
- To provide an efficient and comprehensive support to the Associate Director/Head of Estates and Senior Managers undertaking full range of responsibilities associated with the post. The duties will include using discretion, maintaining confidentiality and the ability to work unsupervised.
The Trust provides services in all of the surgical and medical specialties common to a District General Hospital with some specialist services. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £23 (standard) or £43 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first three months of employment.
