Position: Transaction Manager

Location: Watford

Job Description:

Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for automotive sales? We are currently seeking a enthusiastic and hard-working Sales Controller / Transaction Manager to join our dynamic team at Advance Vauxhall Watford Branch.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Strong leadership and management skills to guide the sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all sales-related activities.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
• Manage handover dairy and oversee the handover process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Review and approve sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

• Car sales: 2 years (required)
