Our Corporate Finance Recruitment Team in London are currently working with a leading Real Estate provider. The firm are looking to hire a Real Estate M&A – Associate Director to join their team in London.
As a Real Estate M&A – Associate Director, you will be joining a market leading mergers and acquisitions advisor within real estate. You will be covering;
- Residential,
- Purpose-built student accommodation,
- Senior living,
- Healthcare,
- Life sciences.
As an Associate Director you will need to have the below qualifications:
- Top academic performer and a quick learner
- Strong modelling skills
- Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
- At least 4 years M&A experience from an IB or Big 4
