Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Management:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end process of property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare and review contracts, Terms, and other relevant documentation.
2. Stakeholder Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, external brokers, legal professionals, and other parties involved in property transactions.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the deal lifecycle.
3. Financial Analysis:
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to analyse property financials, feasibility studies, and investment models.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, projections, and investment summaries for the director's review.
4. Market Research and Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition and disposal opportunities.
- Gather and analyse data on property values, market trends, and comparable transactions to support decision-making.
5. Administrative Support:
- Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimise productivity.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring efficient communication on behalf of the director.
6. Presentation and Reporting:
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create visual aids and documentation to effectively convey property details and investment strategies.
7. Negotiation and Deal Facilitation:
- Assist in negotiating with property owners, buyers, and sellers, ensuring the director's instructions are accurately conveyed.
- Facilitate the exchange of information and documentation required for successful transactions.
8. Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to potential acquisitions, financial data, and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (real estate, business, finance) is preferred.
