We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assisting real estate agents and brokers with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management:Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate.
Collaborate with agents and clients to gather necessary information and documents for property listings, offers, and contracts.

Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions.
Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to address client concerns and questions.

Market Research:Research and compile data on local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable listings to support pricing strategies and market analysis.

Administrative Support:Manage and organize documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses.

Marketing Assistance:Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
Maintain and update listings on multiple listing services (MLS) and real estate websites.

Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for real estate transactions.
Keep abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations and update documentation accordingly.

Database Management:Maintain an organized database of property listings, client information, and transaction records.
Generate reports and track key performance metrics for the team.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus).
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software/tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Building a network of potential investors
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and practices is a plus.
