Juice Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a professional services company based in Central Bristol.

The role will encompass a variety of client facing and internal duties, to provide an exceptional and professional approach to all given tasks.

You will be:

• Organising extensive and complex diary management across various time zones
• Scheduling meetings with management and coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Managing a number of projects across all levels of complexity
• Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)
• Liaising with senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Inputting new projects onto the system, ensuring all information is entered correctly
• Organising company wide and team social events
• Running and analysing reports on project progress
• Coordinating and analysing feedback and customer experience reports
• Attending external and internal meetings

You will have:

• Extensive EA/PA experience
• Deadline driven with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to manage complex diary covering various time zones
• Excellent communication skills
