Currently I am working on behalf of a North American Real Estate Fund with a strong presence across North America, Europe and Asia. They have an excellent track record, investing across multiple real estate sectors.

One Division of the fund manages global real estate private equity funds and separately managed accounts comprising value-add and opportunistic investments. They accesses the global real estate market primarily through co-investments and recapitalizations into individual properties and portfolios, structured / programmatic ventures, and traditional secondary and primary fund investments.

This team are going through a period of growth and they are looking for a strong Associate to join them in London.

The ideal Associate will have:

1. 2-6 years of experience

2. Experience with a leading Investment Bank or Real Estate PE Fund,

3. Prior Real Estate Debt, Co-investment or recapitalization transaction experience

4. UK and European Deal Experience

5. Strong numerical and modelling skills

6. Fluency in a European language

7. Excellent Academia
