1. **Property Recommendation**: Actively seek out potential buyers or renters, and recommend suitable properties. Ensure that the property matches the client's requirements, delivering an optimal living or investment experience.
2. **Property Tours**: Arrange and lead property viewings for potential clients. Showcase the distinct features and advantages of the property, answer any queries, ensuring a comprehensive and authentic viewing experience.
3. **Quality Service**: Maintain a client-centric approach, delivering professional, honest, and efficient services. Respond promptly to client needs, concerns, and questions, striving to exceed their expectations and provide an exceptional service experience.
4. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient business processes. Share market insights, client feedback, and collaborate to improve overall performance.
