Leading and executing the Business Operations Team with a fundamental focus on promotional marketing campaigns for International. Execution of campaigns based on business requirements, data insight and consumer intelligence. Candidate will oversee the creation of promotional marketing campaigns based on consumer wants and needs, utilizing core data and business KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fulfilment of partnership promotions and marketing campaigns
- Hands-on development and execution of marketing campaigns and partnership promotions including creation of voucher codes, campaign flow builds, testing and tracking end-to-end
- Review, approve and create promotional vouchers for partnership promotions and marketing campaigns based on partnership business requirements
- Closely monitor and analyze voucher fulfilment performance throughout the campaign life cycle
- Analyze voucher fulfillment success rates and provide insights to the Partnerships and Marketing
- Develop, document, and enforce business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures to streamline Marketing Operations processes
- Effectively and clearly present high-level data insights and key findings across the organization to help turn promotions and campaigns into revenue drivers, using best practices and key learnings
- Strong understanding of marketing technology infrastructure understanding for project management and implementation, governance, and roadmap development for Marketing Ops
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent desirable but not essential- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
- Experience in Partnership or Marketing Operations strongly preferred
- Understanding of Campaign creation tools and systems strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple business requests
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
