We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month, or a quarter. What will you be doing?
- Managing & supporting the Structured Products MGI project delivery that will ensure on-time, effective delivery of front to back (F2B) outcomes in line with the programme business case
- Creating, managing, and owing of detailed reporting on the Structured Rates Book of Work
- Determining, monitoring, and managing the project workforce and financial requirements, liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements
- Ensuring that planned outputs deliver the agreed outcomes and that the outcomes remain relevant
- Providing and regularly reviewing an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID the initiative
- Maintaining focus on managing delivery risks proactively to improve the likelihood, frequency and scale of successful outcomes
- Acting in partnership with the Accountable Executive (AE), Trading, sales and Business Managers, using their experience and insight to help engage senior leaders
- Creating an environment of effective delivery by empowering the delivery team, leveraging their knowledge and expertise, learning lessons from past delivery
What we’re looking for
- Understanding in Project management and Change Delivery experience
- Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Macro business experience gained in a previous change, business management or middle office role
- Rates product experience across Cash and Derivatives (Bonds, IR Swaps, Options, Structured Rates, Options)
- Understanding Product and/or Business Analysis experience
- Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written (emails/presentations)

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.

Salary: From £55,000.00 per year
