Full-time Contract
Starting salary from £28,000

What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Duty Supervisor you will join a skilled and dedicated team who are fanatical about providing an impeccable service to passengers, crews and guests at all times. You will work within the Ramp Department, delivering all associated services; ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner. As you might expect duties will include:
+ Turnaround of aircraft
+ Bag loading
+ Fuelling
+ Aircraft movements
+ Toilet and water service
About You:
+ Previous experience within aviation in a similar role
+ Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs
+ Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern
+ Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Qualifies to hold a full airport ID
+ IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc
+ Full, clean driving license required
+ Ideally an HGV licence (not mandatory)
+ Fuelling experience highly desirable
+ Serious about safety
+ Additional languages are desirable but not essential
