You will be working for a market leading company at their office in Trafford Park. Within this role you will be providing a first class service to clients and supporting them through their technical issues.
Role:
- Working on phone and emails
- Providing great customer service
- Working on multiple systems
- On-going training/ learning
- Dealing with complaints and aiming for a 1st time resolution
