About the Trust

Doncaster Royal Infirmary is located on Thorne Rd, Doncaster DN2 5LT, it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (Fees will apply). Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT an overall CQC rating of good.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Duties will include supporting the day-to-day IT requirements of the Trust, working towards agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

· Resetting user’s passwords ensuring IT&T security standards are met.

· Basic support on multiple PC’s, laptops, Printers, Tablets and mobile devices (iSO and Android).

· Install and upgrade software applications via the Trusts deployment software.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Good customer service skills.

· Good communication skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Able to answer the phone.

· Good keyboard skills.
