We have an exciting opportunity to join the Raging Bull team at the Bridgend location, we require a Store Manager.
Key responsibilities include: • Day-to-day store operations • Ensuring we are always delivering a high level of customer service • Recruiting and training staff • Setting staff targets, motivating them, and reviewing their progress • Conducting performance reviews and appraisals • Maintaining detailed and accurate sales and profit data • Dealing with customer feedback • Managing stock levels and devising pricing structures • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including health and safety standards • Devising and implementing promotional campaigns Key skills required: • Management experience • Flexible approach and able to adjust to the ever-changing needs of a small, high-growth business • Managing and overseeing shop operations, staff, tills, opening / closing and all other store functioning aspects • Customer management skills • Strong organisational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills Package includes salary, 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), seasonal clothing allowance, 50% staff discount, store incentive scheme, plus employee rewards gateway ‘PerkBox’.
