Job description
We are seeking an experienced, HCPC Registered Radiographer with at least 2 years of MRI scanning experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI examinations, including specialised examinations such as cardiac, abdominal, neurological, and musculoskeletal, and contributing to the management of the service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be passionate about learning and personal development
As a diagnostic radiographer, you'll work in a range of hospital departments, acquiring images to help with the diagnosis of illnesses and injuries.
You'll work with the latest imaging methods such as:
- angiography
- computerised tomography (CT)
- fluoroscopy
- MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)
- ultrasound
- x-ray.
- With experience, you may also contribute towards interpreting images, establishing treatment plans, and helping with intervention procedures, for example, the removal of kidney stones.
- Perform a variety of MRI examinations with and without contrast.
- Participate in the management of the service, including quality, health and safety, and audit initiatives.
- Contribute to the constant improvement of internal processes in collaboration with the UK management team.
- Maintain an up to date CPD portfolio
Requirements:
· HCPC Registered Radiographer with at least 2 years of UK MRI experience
· Recognised qualification in intravenous cannulation (SOR)
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Good IT and administration skills
· Flexible, organized, and enthusiastic attitude
· Willingness to learn and develop.

Salary: £27,055.00-£32,934.00 per year
