As our R&D Project Assistant, you will work closely with our in-house experts and organise, collate and process information and documentation throughout the product development lifecycle – from concept to launch.
The role will be based in our brand new Innovation Centre in Aylesbury and you will report to the Senior R&D Project Manager. Liaising with the R&D, Supply Chain and Warehouse team, you will be pivotal in facilitating innovative NPD and EPD launches to ensure we deliver on our product roadmap on time and in full.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude and be a clear and confident communicator.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supports the R&D Project team with day to day activities.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure optimum quality all the time.
- Assist with the filing and organising of all paperwork for NPD and EPD projects.
- Monitors and updates CPA’s and timelines.
- Tracks and facilitates product sampling requests.
- Coordinates stock requests and purchasing of benchmarks/ lab consumables.
- Raising of purchase requisitions and logging of costs on internal budget tracker.
- Adds value through knowledge of industry and implementation of new ideas.
We would love to hear from you, if you have..
- Proven administrative and/or project support experience, ideally in the skincare or similar industry.
- The ability to work independently and be well organised in managing your own time and prioritising tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work as part of a small but busy team.
- A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- A keenness to learn new skills as well as being self-motivated, passionate and approachable.
