We are hiring a Learning & Development Trainer to join our team
What can you expect?
Learning & Development analyses business needs and creates/implements and maintains training/ learning solutions for Mercer O&T UK Wealth Admin. L&D also then ensures that these offerings promote and sustain a colleague base that can perform and grow.
Your primary focus will be supporting the growth of new colleagues in the Mercer O&T UKWA First Contact Team (FCT) and also include working on other wider L&D programs and projects.

We will count on you to:
- Lead on delivery for core projects and assist on others as a growth opportunity
- Create and maintain core material and support in other courses and programs
- Be comfortable & effective operating a blended learning method & structure
- Coordinate training requests, create & deliver training plans to scope
- Liaise effectively with operational stakeholders and learners at all times, managing key relationships and mitigating risks as appropriate
- Assist in building, developing & sustaining a strong Sensei cohort of learning contributors from operations
- Understand the importance of aligning learning delivery with business needs, supporting the evolution of business operations as appropriate
- Have a strong understanding of core Mercer O&T UK Wealth Admin teams, systems, policies, procedures & structures
What you need to have:
- Previous experience of contact centre operations and training
- Proven ability to work effectively as a contributing team player and also on their own as appropriate as a self-driven, self-managing, proactive trainer
- Naturally highly motivated to deliver effective training on time and in scope
What makes you stand out?
- Previous experience working a pensions/financial services environment
