The role
- Full responsibility of a sand & gravel quarry
- Managing a team of 2 Operatives and any contractors on-site
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
- Producing risk assessments & method statements
- Operating heavy plant equipment
- Maintenance of plant equipment
- Mon-Fri 07:00-17:00
What you need
- At least 2 years in a managerial/ supervisory role within a quarry
- Experience of operating and maintaining heavy plant equipment
- QCF Level 4 if not 6
- A health and safety qualification i.e IOSH
